Papers sent to our journal will be initially evaluated by the editorial board in open peer-review system in order to establish whether they respect the editorial requests. If the papers are conform, they will be sent for a single-blind evaluation to members of the academic community from Romania or abroad, two reviewers for each article, depending on the subject. This process is strictly confidential. The article is sent to reviewers by e-mail or, at request, by mail. The referees will form an opinion related to the originality of the paper, to the scientific approach, bibliography and language, completing the attached review form. The referees will choose a recommendation listed in the form: the rejection of the article, the  acceptance of the article with certain corrections or the acceptance of the article in the form subjected by the author. 

After the peer-reviewers make the recommendations the final decision belongs to the editorial board, taking into consideration the referees’ point of view. Recommendations towards the authors will be sent by the editorial board. The scientific committee decides, following the evaluations, which article can be published in our journal.
